Job description: | Luxury 4AA Red Star Country House Hotel Wynyard Hall is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team in the kitchens of our luxury hotel/estate. This role will require you to prepare intricate, modern dishes for the hotel restaurant as well as catering for exclusive private dining events/weddings. The Exec Chef will give you plenty of opportunities to continue learning whilst working with some of the best produce available in the area. Requirements: The minimum requirement for all applicants is to have a stable CV with good references. A chef who is able to work well under pressure, cooking with a constant attention to detail is necessary for this position. |
